System requirements

• RISCOS 3.5 or later
  !PlayKISS should work on all RiscPC & later versions of the OS (3.5 & later), with the possible exception of RISC OS Six (Select). It has been tested on:
  • VirtualRPC (RISC OS 4.02)
  • Iyonix (RISC OS 5.20)
  • ARMini (RISC OS 5.20)
  • Raspberry Pi (RISC OS 5.20)
  It requires the 32-bit SharedCLibrary, so if you are running on a a 26-bit version of RISC OS you may need to install a new CLib.

• Acorn Toolbox modules
  It hardly seems worthwhile mentioning this, but there may be people out there who have still not upgraded from 3.5/3.6/3.7.

• SparkFS, or a decompression tool that can handle LZH files & (unless you are using RISCOS 4) X-Files or raFS

This version includes support for:

• French KiSS V4;
• KiSS extension sets;
• Cherry KiSS (including hybrid sets);
• Extended palette sets.

!PlayKISS has been tested on a wide range of KiSS data sets, and has been developed to be as forgiving as possible of mistakes in the configuration file. If you have any trouble, email me stating the problem and the KiSS set being used (preferably including a WWW address for the KiSS archive).
