To follow a link to another page you should click with the left mouse button when the mouse pointer is over a link - shown by green, underlined text. You can also navigate by using the rounded green buttons, like the ones above.
There will be a big green button marked "index" at the top and bottom of every page in the manual which will bring you straight back here.
